Job Description :

1、Leading the strategy, design, and implementation of cutting-edge energy storage systems for AI data center infrastructure.

2、Defining the long-term technology roadmap for energy storage system and power electronics, addressing the unique and extreme power demands of next-generation AI workloads.

3、Leading R&D initiatives to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging energy storage technologies. 

4、Building and leading a world-class team of engineers focused on power systems, battery technology, and energy infrastructure for AI data center.

Requirements:

1、Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Ph.D. degree is strongly preferred.

2、10+ years of experience in energy storage technologies, battery management systems, and power distribution. Proven expertise of data center engineering, energy systems, or related technology fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.

3、Deep knowledge of power infrastructure, including power distribution system, renewable energy, energy storage, thermal management (e.g., liquid cooling), and automation.

4、Familiarity with modern and emerging power architectures, including High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems. Strong understanding of grid operations, utility requirements, and renewable energy integration.

5、Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

6、Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
